Signifié and Signifiant

Out of the whole intelligence, there is the part responsible for the verbalization process and the part responsible for the thinking process using the language (intellect). If we think about these two processes separately, we can understand that "spirit is structured by language."

Signifiant is a collection of symbols. Signifié is the content the symbols pertain to, which is one dynamic formed on the spirit before it is verbalized in the inner part of intelligence. Giving the signifiant symbol to this spirit enables thinking. *1
